I am Abir, a Senior Technical Support Engineer with hands-on experience in managed hosting support, graphic design, software development, and software testing. I began my professional career as a Graphic Designer from 2013 to 2015, which built my foundation in visual communication and problem-solving.
In 2020, I worked as a Junior Software Developer Intern at SoftifyBD, where I expanded my technical skills. Since 2022, I have been working at WPDeveloper on xCloud, helping users with WordPress and server issues, migrations, feature testing, usability improvements, and documentation.
