I am Abir Hasan, a Senior Technical Support Engineer whose career has moved through design, development, testing, and platform support. That cross-disciplinary journey shapes how I solve problems today: clearly, practically, and with the end user in mind.
Biography
A career built step by step across multiple disciplines.
I started my professional career as a Graphic Designer from 2013 to 2015. That experience gave me a strong foundation in visual communication, presentation, and thinking about how people engage with digital work.
In 2020, I worked as a Junior Software Developer Intern at SoftifyBD. That role helped me grow my technical understanding and gave me a stronger view of how software is built behind the scenes.
Since 2022, I have been working at WPDeveloper on xCloud, helping customers with WordPress and server issues, migrations, bug verification, documentation, and product usability.
Today, I bring together support operations, product quality, clear communication, and a practical engineering mindset. I enjoy work that improves trust, removes friction, and makes technology easier to use.
